ServisFirst Bank Huntsville Announces
Promotions of Two Local, Veteran Bankers

Jim Holtkamp and Paula Renfroe Named Executive Vice President

Huntsville, AL -

ServisFirst Bank, a subsidiary of ServisFirst Bancshares (NYSE:SFBS), announces the promotions of Jim Holtkamp and Paula Renfroe to Executive Vice President for ServisFirst Bank Huntsville.

Jim Holtkamp, Executive Vice President
Jim Holtkamp has been promoted to Executive Vice President of the ServisFirst Bank Huntsville Region. He has worked for ServisFirst Bank since 2011 and has over twenty years of banking experience. Holtkamp serves as the commercial sales leader and senior commercial lender for the ServisFirst Bank Huntsville region while handling a portfolio ranging from commercial and industrial banking clients, including government contractors, to commercial real estate.

Holtkamp is a graduate of the Huntsville/Madison County Flagship Class 31, a graduate of Leadership Huntsville/Madison County Leadership Management Academy Class 4, Leadership Huntsville Connect Class 4, Alabama Banking School, and is a graduate of the University of Alabama in Huntsville with majors in finance and marketing. He has served as a board member for the Susanna Wesley Early Education Ministry at Huntsville United Methodist Church, and currently serves on the Finance Committee at Pope John Paul II High School and the Fundraising Committee for Wellstone’s new crisis center. Holtkamp is also a member of the Vistage Executive Group.

Paula Renfroe, Executive Vice President
Paula Renfroe has been promoted to Executive Vice President of the ServisFirst Bank Huntsville Region. Renfroe started and has managed the ServisFirst Bank Private Banking Department for over 14 years. She has been a leader in the private banking industry in the Huntsville community for over 35 years.

Renfroe attended Jacksonville State University before attending Bank Marketing School in Boulder, Colorado with a scholarship from the Women in Banking organization. She is also a graduate of The Banking School of the South. Throughout her career, Paula has been active in the community as a graduate of Leadership Flagship Program Class 5 and involvement with the Huntsville Chamber of Commerce, Better Business Bureau, National Children’s Advocacy Center, Huntsville Museum Guild, The Arts Council, and Huntsville Hospital Foundation. She is currently active on The Huntsville Symphony Board, The Huntsville Symphony Foundation Board, HudsonAlpha Professional Advisors Council and First Baptist Church where she serves on both the personnel and finance committees.
