ServisFirst Bank Announces Senior Vice President for Montgomery

Delbert Madison promoted at top-ranked regional bank

Birmingham, AL -

ServisFirst Bank, a subsidiary of ServisFirst Bancshares, Inc. (NASDAQ: SFBS), recently announced the promotion of Delbert Madison to Senior Vice President for the Montgomery market.

Delbert Madison joined ServisFirst Bank in April 2007 as Vice President, Cash Management. In his new role, he will be responsible for establishing and providing training and service programs for the operations of cash management products, providing solutions for cross-selling products, serving as a liaison between clients and the Bank for Cash Management operations and coordinating the sales process.

Madison will take on direct management responsibility for cash management operations. Madison has been in banking since 2000. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Alabama State University. Highly involved within his community, Madison currently serves on various boards including the governor-appointed Alabama State Board of Public Accountancy, Child Protect, Goodwill Industries, and Metro YMCA. He is also an active member of the American Red Cross. In the recent years Madison has received such honors as the Hall of Fame Inductee at Robert E. Lee High School and a Humanitarian Award recipient.
