ServisFirst Bank Panama City Expands with New Team Members

Top-Ranked Community Bank Assembles Local Team of Bankers

Panama City, FL -

ServisFirst Bank, a subsidiary of ServisFirst Bancshares (NYSE:SFBS), has expanded the Panama City team, more than doubling in size since their establishment in the market with the opening of their loan production office in March of this year.

Veteran banker, Steven Aase has joined ServisFirst Bank Panama City as Market President and lead banker. Prior to joining ServisFirst, Aase served as the Market President of Ameris Bank, leading three markets in Florida, Alabama and Georgia.

Long-time banker Mike Byers joined the ServisFirst Bank Panama City team as Vice President, Commercial Banking Officer earlier this year. Additionally, Bryan Taylor will serve as Community Development Officer. Taylor comes to ServisFirst Bank with many years of community service in the Northwest Florida region, most recently serving as the President and CEO of United Way of Northwest Florida.

Another recent hire, Shelley Barta, is bringing her experience in commercial and small business lending to the Panama City team as Commercial Loan Assistant. Additionally, Jessica Corley will be serving as Vice President, Cash Management Sales Officer.

The expanded team will continue the growth of ServisFirst Bank’s loan production services in Florida and throughout Bay County. Their combined experience and commitment to building client-oriented relationships will ensure exceptional service to all current and potential clients.
