ServisFirst Bank South Carolina Continues Growth

Veteran Bankers join Charleston Headquarters

ServisFirst Bank, a subsidiary of ServisFirst Bancshares, Inc. (NASDAQ: SFBS), recently announced the addition of four new members to their South Carolina team. John Douglass, DeAnn Grayson, Jason Dolinski, and Daniel Larisey are all veteran bankers within the Charleston market with close ties to the community.

John Douglass, Senior Vice President, Senior Credit Officer

John Douglass joins ServisFirst Bank South Carolina as a Senior Credit Officer with 16 years of banking experience. As a Senior Credit Officer, Douglass will play a key role in the development and administration of credit policy throughout ServisFirst Bank South Carolina.

Douglass graduated from the College of Charleston with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. He remains active within his alma mater, serving as President of the Lowcountry Alumni Chapter, as a Board Member of the College of Charleston Athletic Department, and in the Cougar Club. He also is an active member of First Scots Presbyterian Church, Charleston Metro Chamber of Commerce, and a Board Member of the Risk Management Association of Charleston.

DeAnn Grayson, Senior Vice President, Commercial Banking Officer

DeAnn Grayson will serve as a new Commercial Banking Officer for ServisFirst Bank in the Charleston market. In her new position, Grayson will be responsible for developing new business, underwriting, structuring, and the closing of commercial loans.

Grayson boasts a 32-year banking career, serving areas throughout North Carolina and South Carolina. She obtained her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Coker College and holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from The Citadel. Outside of the office, Grayson is actively involved in the Keep Charleston Beautiful program, is a Board Member for Palmetto Pride, and is a volunteer for the Be a Mentor program with the Charleston County School system.

Jason Dolinski, Mortgage Loan Officer

Jason Dolinski joins ServisFirst Bank as a Mortgage Loan Officer in the Charleston market. Dolinski has served many key roles in his 10-year career in real estate and property management. The skills Dolinski obtained in his previous career will serve him in his new position as he proactively solicits new residential mortgage business and opportunities.

Originally born and raised in Munich, Germany, Dolinski received his bachelor’s degree from Emmaus Bible College in Iowa.

Daniel Larisey, Assistant Relationship Manager

Daniel Larisey will serve as a new Assistant Relationship Manager for ServisFirst Bank South Carolina. His primary responsibilities will focus on the opening and servicing of deposit accounts for clients. Larisey has over 10 years of banking experience.

Larisey was born and raised in Charleston. He attended Wofford College, where he received his Bachelor of Arts in Finance.
