ServisFirst Bank Strengthens Board Leadership with Three Esteemed Professionals

ServisFirst Bank, a subsidiary of ServisFirst Bancshares (NYSE:SFBS), is pleased to announce the addition of three distinguished business and community leaders to its Northwest Florida region’s Board of Directors: Will Condon, Steve Moorhead, and Paul Salter. Each brings a wealth of experience and expertise to further strengthen ServisFirst Bank’s commitment to excellence and service in the region.

Will Condon, MHA, President & CEO of Ascension Sacred Heart
Will Condon serves as President & CEO of Ascension Sacred Heart in Pensacola, Florida, where he oversees operations for the main campus, cancer center, and outpatient facilities. Previously, he was President of Studer Family Children’s Hospital at Ascension Sacred Heart for five years, where he led the hospital’s continuous growth and development, including the opening of the new Studer Family Children’s Hospital in 2019 – the region’s only hospital specializing in pediatric care. His leadership extended to the women’s service line at Ascension Sacred Heart Pensacola, covering labor and delivery, postpartum care, and the regional perinatal center.

A Pensacola native, Condon earned a Bachelor of Communications and a Master of Healthcare Administration from the University of West Florida. He is actively involved in the community, serving on the Gulf Coast Kid’s House board, where he will assume the role of chair next year. Recognized for his leadership, he was named a Pensacola Rising Star by InWeekly in 2015 and Business Leader of the Year at the Pensacola Chamber’s PACE Awards in 2020. He is also a graduate of the Leadership Pensacola class of 2016 and a graduate of Ascension’s Executive Ministry Leadership Formation class of 2020.

Steve Moorhead, J.D., Founder & Managing Partner of Moorhead Law Group
Steve Moorhead is the Founder and Managing Partner of Moorhead Law Group, PLLC, a firm specializing in real estate and business law with offices in Pensacola and Santa Rosa Beach. With over three decades of experience, Moorhead is also the Founder and CEO of Clear Title of Northwest Florida, LLC, a title insurance agency operating three offices in the region. Throughout his career, he has played an instrumental role in Northwest Florida’s real estate sector, representing buyers, sellers, and developers in a wide range of transactions.

Moorhead holds a Juris Doctor from Cumberland School of Law at Samford University and a B.S.B.A. in Accounting from Auburn University. He is deeply involved in community service, having served on the Board of Directors for the Greater Pensacola Chamber of Commerce, including as Chairman, and as General Counsel for the Home Builders Association of West Florida. Recognized for his professional achievements, he has been named to Florida Super Lawyers and Florida Trend Legal Elite and received the Ethics in Business Award from the Combined Rotaries of Pensacola.

Paul Salter, CCIM, Founder of Salter Company
Paul Salter is a highly regarded commercial real estate professional and the founder of Salter Company, a firm specializing in commercial property sales and leasing across Northwest Florida. With a career spanning two decades in commercial real estate, Salter has developed extensive expertise in property transactions, market analysis, and investment strategies. Prior to his transition into real estate, he spent over 20 years in the outdoor advertising industry, where he led a large team within a family-owned firm.

As a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), Salter is recognized for his deep knowledge of commercial real estate and commitment to industry best practices. He is also dedicated to community involvement, actively supporting Santa Rosa Kids’ House and serving as a member of the Santa Rosa Chamber of Commerce.
