ServisFirst Bank Announces New Mortgage Loan Officer

Veteran Banker Christy Phillips Joins ServisFirst Bank North Carolina

ServisFirst Bank, a subsidiary of ServisFirst Bancshares (NYSE:SFBS), is pleased to announce the addition of Christy Phillips as Mortgage Loan Officer for ServisFirst Bank North Carolina. Phillips will serve ServisFirst Bank customers across a wide range of locations, primarily in the Charlotte and Lake Norman metropolitan areas and Western North Carolina.

Christy Phillips joins ServisFirst Bank as Mortgage Loan Officer, becoming the first and sole Mortgage Loan Officer within the North Carolina offices. With over 27 years of comprehensive banking experience, Phillips provides high-level service to mortgage brokers, dealers, and retail consumers alike. She is proficient in managing all details of customer engagement, document procurement, and communicating with internal and external stakeholders. In her role with ServisFirst Bank, Phillips will concentrate on relationship development with realtors, builders, and bankers. Additionally, she will collaborate closely with the commercial team to fortify client retention efforts and engage with loan applicants. Furthermore, Phillips will provide consultative support and assistance for building contractors to navigate the onboarding and approval process of New Construction product lines.
