(NASDAQ: SFBS), has announced the promotion of three employees within the Huntsville office: DeLynn Gower to Vice President; Will Heaps to Senior Vice President; and Jim Holtkamp to Senior Vice President. DeLynn Gower, Vice President With over twenty-four years of banking experience, DeLynn Gower has worked in private banking with ServisFirst Bank since 2007. In her previous role as Assistant Vice President, Gower developed sincere relationships with her clients. Gower consistently demonstrates remarkable leadership and assists with the planning of company events. In her new role as Vice President in Private Banking, Gower will continue to cultivate banking relationships with existing and prospective professional, executive and personal clients for the bank. Gower is deeply committed to the Huntsville community, as she volunteers with organizations such as Hudson Alpha Professional Advisors, Madison County Officer Managers Roundtable and Huntsville Symphony Orchestra Guild. Will Heaps, Senior Vice President Will Heaps joined ServisFirst Bank in 2012 and has sixteen years of banking experience. Heaps has previous experience as an internal auditor and commercial credit analyst. Heaps became the bank’s agriculture banker after he saw a need and the potential for the position and sought training in ServisFirst’s Dothan market. Under his leadership, ServisFirst Bank Huntsville now has the third-largest agricultural banking presence in North Alabama. In his new role as Senior Vice President, Heaps will oversee the operations of the ServisFirst Bank Huntsville branches and management of the Huntsville internship program. Heaps graduated from the University of North Alabama, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Economics. Heaps is currently a member of the Alabama Leadership Initiative Class 1 and has served as a board member for the Huntsville Library Foundation. Jim Holtkamp, Senior Vice President Jim Holtkamp joined ServisFirst Bank in 2011 and has over sixteen years of banking experience. Leading the Commercial and Industrial Banking team for ServisFirst Bank Huntsville, Holtkamp’s primary focus is in government contract banking, in which he oversees a commercial banking team consisting of a commercial banker, credit analyst and loan administrator. Holtkamp also has professional experience as a commercial credit analyst. Holtkamp is graduate of the University of Alabama in Huntsville, earning a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Marketing. He is a member of the Huntsville/Madison County Flagship Class 31 and currently serves as a board member for the Susanna Wesley Early Education Ministry at Huntsville United Method Church.
