ServisFirst Bank Montgomery Announces New Member to Board of Directors

ServisFirst Bank, a subsidiary of ServisFirst Bancshares, Inc. (NASDAQ: SFBS), recently announced the addition of a member to the Board of Directors for their Montgomery territory. The ServisFirst Bank Montgomery Board of Directors welcomes Edward M. “Eddie” Stivers, owner of Stivers Ford Lincoln.

Edward M. Stivers, Owner of Stivers Ford Lincoln

Eddie Stivers is the owner of Stivers Ford Lincoln, an automobile dealership serving the greater Montgomery area. Stivers has managed the family business for 21 years, which consists of automobile dealerships in multiple states and a property management company. Stivers has served on numerous manufacturer and industry boards and councils including three terms on the Ford National Dealer Council.

In a past career, Stivers worked in the Senate Banking Committee for U.S. Senator Christopher Bond and was Deputy Political Director for former U.S. Attorney General John Ashcroft’s U.S. Senate campaign. Stivers attended Vanderbilt University. He is also a graduate of the Leadership Montgomery program and serves on the Board of Control of the Committee of 100 and the boards of the Montgomery Chamber of Commerce and the Jackson Hospital Foundation.
