ServisFirst Bank, a subsidiary of ServisFirst Bancshares (NASDAQ: SFBS), celebrates its one-year anniversary in the South Carolina region and the expansion of its headquarters into the historic Cigar Factory in Charleston, South Carolina. Overlooking the historic port and offering views of the harbor and city skyline, the Cigar Factory is a renovated mixed-use space offering retail, culinary, office, and event space.

ServisFirst Bank occupies 3,262 square feet on the first floor for use as a full-service bank branch and 5,112 square feet on the fifth floor as corporate space. The two spaces currently house 17 employees, with room for expansion to over 30 employees. ServisFirst Bank officially moved into the space on February 1, 2016.
