ServisFirst Bank Atlanta Announces New Board Member

Veteran business leader Douglas Rieder joins top-ranked regional bank Board of Directors

Atlanta, GA -

ServisFirst Bank, a subsidiary of ServisFirst Bancshares, Inc. (NASDAQ: SFBS), recently announced the addition of Doug Rieder to the ServisFirst Bank Atlanta Regional Board of Directors.

Douglas Rieder is Chairman of the Board of Sterling Seacrest Partners. Doug joins the ServisFirst Bank Atlanta Regional Board of Directors with over 30 years of experience in providing risk management, surety and commercial/professional insurance solutions for construction and real estate clients.

At Sterling Seacrest, Doug leads the Construction Services Practice which provides risk management, surety and insurance solution to over 400 commercial contractors. Prior to entering the agency business, Doug held several senior surety underwriting and management positions with companies, including The Home Insurance Company and the Reliance Surety Company. Previously, Doug was also president and co-founder of Sterling Risk Advisors.

Rieder received a Master of Science degree in Finance from Georgia State University in 1991 and a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from Carnegie Mellon University in 1986.
