Kara Helfrich joins ServisFirst Bank Fort Walton Beach as Loan Officer with nearly two decades of banking and lending experience. She has held various roles within the financial industry, giving her a well-rounded perspective on mortgage lending and client service. Her area of expertise is vast, but she also has concentrated experience with VA lending, conventional and condo financing. Helfrich is involved in the Fort Walton Beach business community, actively participating in the Fort Walton Beach Chamber of Commerce, the Emerald Coast Association of Realtors, the Navarre Area Board of Realtors, and the Building Industry Association. She is dedicated to guiding clients through the lending process with expertise and care to support their goals.

Hannah Simerly, Loan Officer
Hannah Simerly joins ServisFirst Bank Fort Walton Beach as Loan Officer with a strong background in mortgage lending and a passion for helping families achieve homeownership. With experience in condo financing, VA loans, and portfolio lending, she brings a wealth of knowledge to the team. Simerly is an active member of the Emerald Coast Women’s Council of Realtors and the Emerald Coast Association of Realtors Young Professionals Network. She is committed to providing exceptional service and ensuring clients have the best financial options to fit their unique needs.
